Prof. Dr. Millat MP obtained his MBBS from the Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh and FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK. He is also trained in Advanced Cardiothoracic Surgery from Europe’s leading hospitals and in Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. He has a number of scientific articles published in international medical Journals.

সাহান আরা বানু, এনডিসি ১৯ এপ্রিল ২০২০ তারিখে মহাপরিচালক (গ্রেড-১), পরিবার পরিকল্পনা অধিদপ্তর পদে যোগদান করেন। এ পদে যোগদানের পূর্বে তিনি অতিরিক্ত সচিব পদে মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগে কর্মরত ছিলেন। সাহান আরা বানু, এনডিসি বিসিএস (প্রশাসন) ক্যাডারের ৯ম ব্যাচের একজন কর্মকর্তা । তিনি ১৯৯১ সালের ২৬ জানুয়ারি বাংলাদেশ সিভিল সার্ভিসে যোগদান করেন । তাঁর সুদীর্ঘ কর্মজীবনে তিনি বিভিন্ন জেলা, উপজেলা ও বিভাগে মাঠ প্রশাসনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদে কর্মরত ছিলেন। তিনি সহকারী কমিশনার ও ১ম শ্রেণির ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট পদে নারায়ণগঞ্জ, মুন্সিগঞ্জ ও ময়মনসিংহ জেলায় দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। এছাড়া, উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার, গৌরীপুর, জেলা প্রশাসক ও জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট, মেহেরপুর এবং অতিরিক্ত বিভাগীয় কমিশনার, ঢাকা হিসেবে দায়িত্ব সম্পাদন করেছেন । কেন্দ্রীয় পর্যায়ে তিনি দুর্যোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা ও ত্রাণ মন্ত্রণালয়, রাষ্ট্রপতির কার্যালয় (বঙ্গভবন), প্রবাসী কল্যাণ ও বৈদেশিক কর্মসংস্থান মন্ত্রণালয়, স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়, এবং মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগে দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন । সাহান আরা বানু, এনডিসি তাঁর সার্ভিসের অংশ হিসেবে বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ে অভ্যন্তরীণ ও বৈদেশিক প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণ করেন । বাংলাদেশ লোক প্রশাসন প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র হতে তিনি বুনিয়াদী প্রশিক্ষণ, ম্যাট-২ কোর্স, উচ্চতর প্রশাসন ও উন্নয়ন কোর্স (এসিএডি), সিনিয়র স্টাফ কোর্স (এসএসসি), পলিসি প্ল্যানিং এন্ড ম্যানেজমেন্ট কোর্স (পিপিএমসি) সম্পন্ন করেছেন। তিনি বিসিএস প্রশাসন একাডেমি হতে সচিবালয় ব্যবস্থাপনা কোর্স, আইন ও প্রশাসন কোর্স সমাপ্ত করেছেন ।এছাড়া, তিনি ট্রেজারি প্রশিক্ষণ, সার্ভে ও সেটেলমেন্ট প্রশিক্ষণ, প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয় কর্তৃক আয়োজিত এক্সিকিউটিভ এডুকেশন প্রোগ্রাম অন স্ট্র্যাটেজিক লিডারশিপ কোর্স, ডিফেন্স একাডেমি, যুক্তরাজ্য আয়োজিত ম্যানেজিং ডিফেন্স ইন দ্য ওয়াইডার সিকিউরিটি প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণ করেছেন । ২০১৬ সালে তিনি ন্যাশনাল ডিফেন্স কলেজ, ঢাকা হতে এক বছর মেয়াদি এনডিসি কোর্স সমাপ্ত করেন। সাহান আরা বানু, এনডিসি এআইটি, থাইল্যান্ড; ইয়র্ক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, কানাডা; ডিউক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, যুক্তরাষ্ট্র হতে বিভিন্ন কোর্স সম্পন্ন করেছেন। এছাড়া, মালয়েশিয়া, ভিয়েতনাম, চায়না, ভারত, নাইজেরিয়া, পোল্যান্ড, জাপান ও ফিলিপাইনে বিভিন্ন সেমিনার ও প্রশিক্ষণে অংশ নিয়েছেন। সাহান আরা বানু, এনডিসি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সমাজ বিজ্ঞান বিভাগ হতে বি.এস.এস. (সম্মান) ও এম.এস.এস. ডিগ্রী অর্জন করেন । তাঁর নিজ জেলা নড়াইল।

SM Shaikat is an SRHR, Gender Equality advocate and youth expert working in the Asia-Pacific region for more than a decade. He is the Executive Director of SERAC, a youth-focused rights and development organization in Bangladesh and also Secretary General of Bangladesh National Youth Conference of Family Planning 2023. Mr. Shaikat is a strong advocate of gender equality, and family planning and with his leadership, SERAC is supporting the government to improve access to youth and adolescent friendly FP and health services in the country. He was a Women Deliver Young Leader, the founding chair of the RHSC youth caucus, a country coordinator at IYAFP, global organizing committee member at PMNCH Partners Forum 2018, and World Urban Forum. He received multiple awards in his career including the ICFP2022 youth trailblazer, Bayer Scholar, and 120 Under 40 youth leaders’ , International Visitors Leadership Program by the US Department of State, and Swedish Institute Leadership recognitions.

Kristine Blokhus, the country representative at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), is a national of Norway, and brings over 20 years of experience in international development and humanitarian response. In the past years, she served as the UNFPA's representative to the State of Palestine, leading the agency's humanitarian response and development programming in sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, and youth and adolescent empowerment across the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. She previously worked with the UNFPA and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in different settings spanning South and South-East Asia, Central America and the Caribbean, the Balkans, and UNDP's Regional Bureau for Europe and the CIS. Kristine started her UN career as a junior professional officer in Indonesia following the 2005 tsunami, where she focused on humanitarian response and gender-based violence. Kristine holds a masters in development studies from the London School of Economics and a double bachelors in political science and French from the University of Warwick.

Dakshitha Wickremarathne is a development practitioner from Sri Lanka with nearly a decade of experience working for non-profits, international NGOs, U.N. agencies and government institutions. His focus of work has been on advocacy and policy development, program design and management in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, adolescent health and well-being and gender equality.

Dakshitha currently works as a Senior Technical Lead – Advocacy, Accountability and Partnerships of FP2030 Asia and the Pacific Regional Hub. Prior to that, at FP2030, he worked for the Transition Management Team and was responsible for setting up 05 regional hubs, appointing a new Board of Trustees and recruiting an Executive Director for the new iteration of the partnership. He has previously worked for IPPF, UNFPA, CARE and Search for Common Ground. He also worked as an Assistant Director for the Office for National Unity and Reconciliation chaired by Former President of Sri Lanka Madam Kumaratunga. 

Dakshitha currently serves as a Board Member for Women Deliver. In the past, he has been an Advisor to UN Women’s Global Civil Society Advisory Group and was a Lancet Commissioner on adolescent health and well-being. In 2016 he was appointed by the UN Secretary-General as the youngest member of the Every Woman Every Child Independent Accountability Panel. Dakshitha is a Chevening scholar and read for a MSc in Public Policy at University College London.  and Global Affairs and topped his class while completing a Bachelors in Social Work.

Dr Fryatt has worked in many diverse settings including for DFID in the Syria crisis, for the World Bank in southern Africa on TB/HIV/Silicosis in the mining sector, and globally on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics and the Roadmap for Measurement and Accountability for Health Results in the post-2015 era, and with Government of South Africa on health financing and primary care reforms. He has also worked for Asia Development Bank, WHO, Global Fund and Government of Australia on their partnerships with Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Whilst in WHO, he set up the International Health Partnership, focused on aid effectiveness in health, and managed a high-level international task force on innovative financing for health systems strengthening.

She has 10 years of experience in coordination, communication, advocacy, knowledge and programme management with SRHR and FP, and has strong focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights and gender. She has experience in UN political processes for Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), International Conference in Population and Development (ICPD), Beijing Platform for Action (BPfA) and also has extensive experience working in multicultural environments with academic, civil society, government, and international development partners. She has a strong background and certificate in Financial Management for Development Professionals
